Smallest Exosolar Planet Discovered

Astronomers using the European Southern Observatory's (ESO's) High Accuracy Radial velocity Planet Searcher (HARPS) instrument have discovered the smallest exosolar planet found so far. It's mass is about 14 times that of Earth.
